Delivery Information

We currently offer a Standard Delivery service of £4.50 for the UK. Orders will usually be dispatched within the same day of purchase if ordered before 12pm. 

We use a trusted DPD Next Day delivery serivce as standard. This means your order should arrive the next working day from ordering.*

We offer FREE Standard Delivery for all UK orders over £40!

This free option is the same Next Day service as our Standard Delivery and shipping time is usually next working day.

*If ordered before 12pm. Can not be guaranteed. 

International delivery

We now ship to selected European countries. Please see below for a list of countries which we ship to and the cost of delivery. Transit time is the estiamted time for delivery once the item is dispatched. Orders will usually be dispatched within the same day of purchase if ordered before 12pm Mon - Fri only.

**NORTHERN IRELAND** Please note we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland. Orders placed with delivery to Northern Ireland (including Belfast) will unfortuantely have to be cancelled. 

Southern IRELAND deliveries are charged at £12.99.


 

Returns

Our returns policy offers you 30 days after receiving your order to request for a refund or an exchange. The items must be returned in an unworn condition, with all packaging, available for re-sale.

How to request a refund/exchange?

If you have made an order with us which you would like to return or exchange please use the forms including in your parcel and the returns label to send the parcel back in it's orginal packaging.

Please take your return to a Courier/Post Office of your choice and send via your chosen service. Please note that unless faulty, or the wrong item has been sent, we do not reimburse return costs.

It is advised to send on a tracked service or obtain proof of postage.

Once we received your return we will carry out the refund or exchange on inspection of the goods.

 

Are any charges applicable?

This depends on the reason for your return:-

Faulty

We fully refund the value of any Faulty items, and shipping fees. Faulty items are also available for an exchange for the same item, at no extra charge. We ask that you send the parcel back to us using the courier of your choice and we will refund all postage charges when providing proof of delivery.

Received Damaged

As above, any items received by you damaged will be returned free of charge for either an exchange or a refund.

Not as ordered

If you receive an item that you did not order, we ask that you send the parcel back to us using the courier of your choice and we will refund all postage charges when providing proof of delivery, we will immediately dispatch the correct item as soon as we are notified, at no cost to you.

Does not Fit/ Dislike

If you would like a refund or to exchange any items, and the reason for the return is that because you dislike the item or the item does not fit, we will accept these return requests within 30 days of the date of the order.

The items must be in an unworn condition and available for resale to pass the returns inspection.

You must send the goods back to our returns address (we suggest using a tracked service for this) and provide us with the carrier and tracking information.

Upon receiving the items, we will inspect the return and then process a refund or an exchange if requested.*

If an exchange is requested, we will ship the order within the same working day - no extra delivery charges will be applied. Please note that if you exchange for a more expensive item we will require the balance before we dispatch.

* please note that original delivery charges will not be refunded.
